Hi, everyone. My name is Matt and I’m the owner of Prodigy Painting Services. I’ve been in the business for over fifteen years now. As a young kid I’ve always loved crafts and making things with my hands. So I was always detail oriented. As I got older, and had a lot of jobs, I eventually started painting. It seemed fairly easy for me. Once I got taught the steps and how paint works, I would challenge myself to try and get better. I started in New Construction in the Mid to late 2000s, doing 3 and 4 bedroom homes. After the recession, I had to adapt. I started doing Re-Paints and pressure washing. Almost every job I took would ask if they could add something different to paint, like a metal shed or a driveway. Since I never done them before, I would research the steps, watch videos, and ask sales reps to educate myself on products. Jobs would come out great. Gave me a confidence in the industry. Almost like I was born for this…like a prodigy. That’s how I came up with the name. Now I’m proud to say we have a great following of customers and do big jobs all around central Florida!
